1. Services Provided
Alpha Drive Traffic School LLC provides Florida state-certified driver safety education, court-approved driver improvement programs, and electronic certificate transmission services designed to help Florida drivers satisfy citation mandates and obtain licensing credentials efficiently.
Our services may include:
- Basic Driver Improvement (BDI - 4 Hour) courses for ticket dismissal and point reduction
- Intermediate Driver Improvement (IDI - 8 Hour) court-ordered programs
- Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI - 12 Hour) license reinstatement and hardship permit courses
- First-Time Driver Drug & Alcohol (TLSAE - 6 Hour) courses for learner's permit applicants
- Same-day electronic filing of completion certificates to the FLHSMV and Florida county court clerks
- Instant digital certificate downloads and official verification letters
- Driver advisory consultations and citation eligibility evaluations
- Student identity verification and integrity monitoring
2. Eligibility
To enroll independently in our adult courses, you must be at least 18 years old or, if under 18 enrolling in the First-Time Driver TLSAE program, have the affirmation and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and possess the legal authority to submit accurate driver identification.
3. No Guarantee of Judicial or Court Outcomes
While our curriculum is officially approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and accepted by Florida county clerks, we do not guarantee:
- Judicial dismissal of citations where a driver was legally ineligible under Florida statutory election limits (e.g. more than 1 election in 12 months or 5 elections in a lifetime)
- Specific insurance premium discount percentages (determined solely by your private insurance underwriter)
- Approval of hardship driver license petitions by the Florida Bureau of Administrative Reviews
- Adjudication withholding in jurisdictions outside the state of Florida without explicit prior judge approval
4. User Responsibilities & Academic Integrity
By enrolling in our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and authentic legal names, driver's license numbers, and citation citations.
- Personally complete all instructional modules, security identity prompts, and exam questions without unauthorized third-party substitution or proxy assistance.
- Complete the course within the statutory deadline set by your citation notice or court order (our courses allow up to 90 days of open access).
- Comply with all applicable Florida driving education statutes and administrative regulations.
- Refrain from reverse-engineering, scraping, recording, or distributing proprietary course materials.
5. Payment & Transparent Refund Policy
Course fees are clearly stated prior to purchase. In alignment with our commitment to transparency, our published course prices include state regulatory fees and electronic certificate transmission with no hidden checkout surcharges.
If you have registered for a course but have not yet completed any graded exam modules or received a completion certificate, you may request a refund within 30 days of registration. Once a course completion certificate has been generated or transmitted to the FLHSMV state database, fees become non-refundable.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including course curriculum, instructional videos, software code, logos, branding, graphics, and examinations, is the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Drive Traffic School LLC and protected under United States and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, broadcast, or modify any materials without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Drive Traffic School LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Failure by the student to complete a course prior to a court-imposed deadline.
- Incorrect citation numbers, driver license numbers, or county selections submitted by the user.
- Unscheduled network outages or third-party telecommunication interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Decisions made by judges, magistrates, or the Florida Bureau of Administrative Reviews.
9. Third Party Links
Our website may contain links to external portals including the official FLHSMV database, Florida court clerk payment portals, and state judicial websites. Alpha Drive Traffic School LLC is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of these external websites.
10. Service Termination & Course Revocation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate student accounts immediately if fraud, identity impersonation, cheating, abusive behavior toward staff, or violation of these Terms occurs. In cases of demonstrated identity misrepresentation, we are statutorily obligated to notify the FLHSMV and corresponding court clerk.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect administrative, statutory, or regulatory amendments in Florida motor vehicle codes. Updated versions will be posted immediately with a revised Effective Date, and continued use of the website or course modules constitutes acceptance.
